Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt

Designed around demanding operating requirements

Heat Resistant Conveyor Belts are manufactured with multi-layer fabric reinforcement and heat-resistant rubber covers bonded through high-temperature vulcanisation.

They are intended for conveying hot materials such as coke, cement clinker, sinter, castings and other elevated-temperature products while maintaining belt strength, flexibility and cover integrity.

Heat-resistance grades

  • T1: continuous exposure up to 100°C; short-term exposure up to 150°C.
  • T2: continuous exposure up to 125°C; short-term exposure up to 170°C.
  • T3: continuous exposure up to 150°C; short-term exposure up to 200°C.
  • T4: continuous exposure up to 175°C; short-term exposure up to 230°C.

Construction and cover performance can be selected according to the required operating temperature and application conditions.
