EP (Polyester) Rubber Conveyor Belt

Designed around demanding operating requirements

EP (Polyester) Rubber Conveyor Belts use a multi-ply polyester-and-nylon fabric carcass bonded with quality rubber covers. This construction provides a practical balance of tensile strength, elasticity, flexibility and stable conveying performance.

They are suitable for transporting bulk and unit materials over medium to long distances, including demanding applications involving heavier loads, moisture and higher operating speeds.

Construction

Polyester canvas is used as the carcass, with polyester in the warp direction and nylon/polyester reinforcement in the weft direction.

Applicable standards

GB/T 7984-2001, DIN 22102, BS 490, AS 1332, RMA, JIS K 6322 and SABS 1173.

Available types

General-purpose, fire-retardant, cold-resistant, wear-resistant, heat-resistant, acid-and-alkali-resistant, oil-resistant, anti-static and other application-specific grades.

Performance characteristics

Our EP (Polyester) Rubber Conveyor Belts are manufactured using high-quality polyester (warp) and nylon (weft) fabric, ensuring superior strength, flexibility, and long service life.

With the advantages of thin belt with light weight, high tensile strength, fatigue and wear resistance, erosion resistance of water/steam/chemical, good impact resistance, excellent groove formation ability, low elongation, good stability ever heated and long service life, it's the developing trend of fabric conveyor belt. It is mainly used in harsh condition of long distance,heavy-load, high-chemical corrosive etc, it is especially suitable for transporting in moist environment

  • High tensile strength for heavy-duty applications.
  • Low elongation, reducing the need for frequent belt adjustments.
  • Excellent impact resistance and load-carrying capacity.
  • Superior wear and abrasion resistance.
  • High flexibility for smooth operation over pulleys.
  • Excellent adhesion between fabric plies and rubber covers.
  • Resistant to moisture, humidity, and weather conditions.
  • Good resistance to heat, oil, chemicals, and ageing (depending on cover grade).
  • Suitable for medium and long-distance conveying.
  • Energy-efficient operation with low maintenance requirements.
  • Available in multiple widths, ply ratings, and cover thicknesses.
  • Manufactured in accordance with international quality standards.
